Inside
Finca Almagre in Coin.
Inside the house there is an open plan living room
with dining area and kitchen. The living room has
a built in fire place to warm up the chillier evenings.
All the rooms inside have wooden beams. The dining
table inside seats 4 people and there is seating for
8 people at the table outside on the covered terrace
where you will probably spend most time during the
day and on balmy evenings.
The
master bedroom
There are four bedrooms on the 'finca', two of them
are in the main house and the other two are actually
separate little houses. The master bedroom has a double
bed and doors opening to the back terrace. The other
bedroom inside has two single beds. Both bedrooms have
underfloor heating. The bathroom inside the house has
a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The 'studio' bedrooms both have smaller double beds
and a small sitting area. One of them is located at
the front of the house near the swimmingpool and has
it’s own little bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The other 'studio' bedroom is located at the back of
the house and is very private. There is no bathroom
here.
A babycot can be provided if needed.
The villa will sleep up to 8 people. It is very suitable
for a family or a smaller group of friends holidaying
together wanting to enjoy the tranquility of the Spanish
countryside.
We kindly ask that you please refrain from smoking indoors,
and step outside to do so.
