Notes to the rental rates:
An additional charge of € 40 per extra person is
payable if there are more than 6 people staying in the
property. This is to cover additional laundry and cleaning
costs.
A 25% deposit is required at time of booking with the
balance payable 6 weeks before occupation.
The security deposit is € 400 which will be returned
after your stay within 14 days if there are no damages.
Bed linnen and towels are provided but we ask guests to bring their own beach towels to use at the pool and the beach.
