built on the outskirts of Coín and has been restored
with care. The grounds are enclosed, giving you all the
privacy that you need and there is ample parking space
within the grounds making this a perfect venue for a celebration.
Casa Herradura is conveniently located just on the outskirts
of Coín within walking distance to the town and
restaurants.
The villa is surrounded by shady and sunny terraces, giving
you ample choice on where to relax and enjoy the wonderful
climate of Southern Spain. The big pool has Roman steps
and lots of outside lighting making it possible to eat
or socialise outside into the early hours.
The house itself is very spacious with a large kitchen,
lounge with airco and separate dining room.
Casa Herradura is a very versatile place, ideal for large
families or two families holidaying together but also
for a bigger group of friends.
The property is enclosed and located close enough to the
village that you could even walk into town (10 minutes).
Coín is a small market town that has all the facilities
that you need for a perfect holiday, a choice of supermarkets,
good restaurants and nice shops. It’s centrally
located at about 35 km from the coast and 38 from the
airport and is an ideal starting point for discovering
Andalusia.
