Prices given on this website are per seven day week. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to pro-rata rates for bookings of less than a week’s duration.

Booking Details

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday in full weeks; however, it is often possible to accommodate mid-week bookings and part weeks. If you are considering this, please check with us prior to finalising your booking.

All bookings are subject to acceptance and written confirmation from Olive Tree Holidays.

All properties will be available to you at 16.00 hours on the day of your arrival and you must leave the property by 10.00 hours on the day of your departure unless agreed otherwise.

 

Property Facilities

All villas are equipped with bed linen, towels and kitchen/dining ware, but please bring your own beach towels.

All villa weekly prices include fresh linen and towels on arrival and a mid stay clean (bathrooms, linen and towel change) if you are staying longer than one week. Extra cleaning/maid service is not included; however this can be arranged as an extra service at an hourly charge provided it is arranged with our Property Manager prior to your arrival.

The descriptions of the accommodations have been carefully compiled and checked. Regrettably, changes made by owners and/or managers to facilities offered can occur and are beyond our control, so we reserve the right to alter particulars on this site.

 

Accommodation

Accommodation provided is for the use of the named clients only and may not be added to, sublet or assigned in any way.

The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

We reserve the right to switch a booking to accommodation of an equivalent standard should this prove necessary due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Complaints of whatever nature should be notified to us immediately in order that we can deal with them promptly and ensure satisfaction.

In any case, the liability of the owners or their representatives is limited to the cost of the accommodation booked.

 

Damage Deposit

We are required to hold a damage deposit for the property and at every property it is mentioned how high that damage deposit is.

This deposit should be sent together with the holiday balance when it becomes due.

Providing no damage is caused during the letting period, the deposit will be returned after the end of the booking period – please allow up to 14 days for receipt.

Claims against the deposit will only be made in the event of damage caused other than in the course of normal and fair wear and tear, and we urge clients to notify any damage promptly so that it may be quickly rectified. Damage discovered after the end of the letting period will be notified to the client as soon as possible and will be confirmed in writing by letter or email.

We expect properties to be left in a reasonable condition so that they may be quickly prepared for the next clients. If abnormal cleaning is required this may be chargeable against the deposit.

 

What happens if I cancel?

If you wish to cancel your holiday booking, this must be done in writing (including email), from the person that did the booking to OliveTree Holidays in Spain. Please note that any such notification is only deemed to have been received by us when we confirm that we have received it. In the event of cancellation the following charges become payable:

  • More than 56 days: Deposit only
  • 56 – 29 days: Cancellation charge 50% of total holiday cost
  • 28 – 14 days: Cancellation charge 60% of total holiday cost
  • 0 – 13 days: Cancellation charge 100% of total holiday cost

 

Travel Insurance

We recommend that you should take out holiday cancellation insurance cover which will normally refund you if the reason for cancellation falls within the terms of the policy.

From time to time, we send our clients details of special offers and informative newsletters. By providing us with your contact details, you are authorising OliveTree Holidays to email this information to you. Your contact details will be stored in our private database and will not be released to any third party. If at anytime, you no longer wish to receive this information, you can unsubscribe and your contact details will be removed from our email database.
